Kid-Friendly Tailgate Party Food with Publix

My husband and I both went to major college football schools! I was born and raised cheering for this team, and then became a student at this school. I attended games as a student and had great tailgates outside of the stadium. When there was an away game, we would tailgate in our dorm or apartment, or back at home! Now, as a mom of 5, we tailgate in our living room and kitchen! Believe it or not, it’s just as fun!

But in all reality, it’s so beautiful and so welcoming! I’ve been a Publix shopper since my mom was pushing me around in a stroller, and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. Kid-Friendly Mini Veggie Sliders
These are simple and easy appetizers that will be a perfect addition to your tailgate activities!
Ingredients
- King’s Hawaiian Slider Buns
- La Mexicana Salsa
- Shredded cheese
That’s it! Three ingredients! So how do you prepare these veggie sliders? You can either lightly grill them using Kingsford Original or Match Light Briquets. And then spoon on some of the La Mexicana Salsa. Sprinkle shredded cheese on them and you’re done! My daughter really liked to help with this also. She loves to cook, and this was certainly a recipe she could help with in the kitchen.
