Walt Disney World is our home away from home. But it took us YEARS to discover the Disney water parks. I don’t know what we were waiting for! I had never grown up going to water parks in general. That is, except for the occasional youth group outing to an International Drive water park! But trust me, the water parks of my childhood are nothing like H20 Glow Nights After Hours at Typhoon Lagoon. In fact, on any day, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach are so much fun. They are so clean, have Disney level customer service and cast members, and excellent safety. Plus, there are attractions and water slides for every excitement level!

H20 Glow Nights After Hours at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon is a special after-hours event that requires a special ticket. It features extended park hours, glow in the dark lighting, and an exciting atmosphere. In addition, there’s also special entertainment with a DJ, exclusive food and beverage offerings, and shorter wait times for the attractions. Here are some key highlights:
- Special Lighting and Decor: The park is illuminated with glowing lights and neon decorations, creating a unique and magical nighttime environment.
- Entertainment: Expect live DJs, dance parties, and character meet-and-greets. Disney characters often dress in special glow-themed outfits for the event. We LOVED dancing with Goofy and Chip and Dale at this party that lasted all event long!
- Attractions: Enjoy popular water slides, wave pools, and other attractions with shorter lines than during regular park hours.

Tickets for H20 Glow Nights After Hours are sold separately from regular park admission. The event runs from 7 pm to 11 pm but your special ticket allows for park admission at Typhoon Lagoon at 6 pm.
